Message	pull the cylinder for the hatch clean it out disassemble and all, if that doesn't work bring it to a locksmith and have them diagnose...i know the hatch lock gets funky and stops working after a while due to grime and build up and paying a locksmith a small fee to clean and get it working is cheaper than replacing keys/locks
